These Terms apply to your use of the Site which is operated and owned by Fusion Fuel Green Public Limited Company (“Fusion Fuel Green”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Fusion Fuel Green is incorporated in Ireland with company registration number 669283 and having its registered address at 10 Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2, D02 T380, Ireland.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms at any time. You should check these Terms periodically for changes as by using the Site after we post any changes to these Terms, you are agreeing to accept those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them. By using the Site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms just as if you had signed this agreement.

You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Site. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Site through your Internet connection are aware of these Terms, and that they comply with them.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide and we will not be liable if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

You expressly understand and agree that (to the fullest extent permitted by law and save as otherwise expressly agreed by Fusion Fuel Green, Fusion Fuel Green shall not be liable for loss of profits, contracts, income or revenue, goodwill, anticipated savings, loss or corruption of data or other intangible losses or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or any other damages whatsoever (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), arising out of, or resulting from: (a) the use of, or the inability to use, the Site; (b) the use of any material on the Site or any website or websites linked to the Site; (c) unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; or (d) any other matter relating to the Site. We will not be liable for any losses you sustain as a result of updating or modifying our Site.

Subject to the exclusions and limitations set out above, Fusion Fuel Green’s liability to you in connection with your use of the Site shall be capped at €100. You expressly agree that should any limitation or provision contained in these Terms be held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, it shall to that extent be deemed omitted, but if we thereby become liable for loss or damage which would otherwise have been excluded or limited, such liability shall be subject to the other limitations and provisions set out in these Terms.

If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the Site, or with any of these Terms (or other Fusion Fuel Green terms applicable to your use of the Site), your sole and exclusive remedy is the discontinuation of your use of this Site.
